Warranty & returns
Tire warranty
New tires carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your invoice: it is your proof of purchase. Rotating your tires on schedule and keeping them at the pressure on your door-jamb placard keeps coverage valid and makes them last longer.
Returns and exchanges
Unused, uninstalled tires in saleable condition can be returned or exchanged. Bring your invoice. Tires that have been mounted or driven on cannot be returned, but warranty claims still apply.
Road hazards and repairs
Damage from potholes, nails or curbs is not a manufacturing defect. Ask us whether a puncture can be safely repaired before replacing the tire.
How to make a claim
Bring the tire (on or off the vehicle) and your invoice to the shop. We inspect it, explain the result, and handle the claim with the manufacturer where it applies.
